Repairs
Please contact your Kowa dealer, the store or online retailer where you purchased our product. It will then be forwarded to our service department. The entire repair process will be controlled and managed from there. If the repair is covered by the Kowa warranty, no costs will be incurred. If repair costs are incurred, you will be informed in advance by means of a cost estimate. Please note that it is not possible to provide any information about the repair time and repair costs in advance. Another option is to send us your Kowa product directly:

Please enclose a small letter with your address, your proof of purchase and the reason for the complaint with every repair. This applies to all customers in German-speaking countries and Europe. Exceptions are Switzerland and England. There you can contact the respective dealer or service partner directly.
Spare parts
Did you lose a small part of your optic? Instead of having to send it to the service workshop, you might be able to find it in our spare parts section. We can ship it to Germany.

All spotting scopes and binoculars have a standard 10 year warranty. However, we do offer an additional extended warranty for specific products:
Scopes - TSN-99, TSN-88, TSN-66, TSN-55, TSN-550, TSN-770, TSN-600 and TSN-82SV
Binoculars - Genesis 44, 33 and 22, HIGHLANDER
MFT lenses have a 3-year warranty, and accessories (cases, adapters etc) are covered by a 2-year warranty. Eyepieces have a 10 year warranty.
