In order to help you as best as possible, please take your time to give us the most accurate information you can about your phone model and optic that you wish to combine. There are many different smartphones and optics on the market, some of which carry only small differences, but small detials like this can make the difference between an adapter fitting successfully or not.

IMPORTANT: BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM - PLEASE CHECK IF YOUR OPTIC HAS A SUITABLE EYEPIECE CAP FOR SMARTPHONE DIGISCOPING. FOLD-UP RUBBER TYPES ARE NOT SUITABLE AND ARE NOT SUPPORTED.	If the eyepiece on your optic has no visible markings please take a precise measurement (in mm) of the eyepiece rubber from the outer edges and inform us below:

Please take your time with the following set of questions so that we can give you the best advice possible about which adapter you require.

We need to know the specific model for your phone. Go to the Settings or Options menu, scroll to find 'About phone', 'About device' or similar. The device name and model number should be listed.

It is very important that we receive the correct model name for your optic - if you cannot answer this question confidently please skip to the next question. If you are using a spotting scope - please tell us the eyepiece model.

If you do not know the model of your optic, check carefully on the body for identifying labels, If the eyepiece on your optic has no visible markings please take a precise measurement (in mm) of the eyepiece rubber from the outer edges and inform us here:
